Francis Akwensivie
Francis has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Thermofluids and
Energy Systems. He also worked in Ghana for a year as a Teaching/Research Assistant, so he
was perfectly qualified for carrying out a detailed analysis of technology performance.

Prafulla Chandra
Having worked as a marine engineer with a background of mechanical
engineering, Prafulla carried out a detailed analysis of the turbine
blades and operational configuration.

Catriona McAlister
With an undergraduate Masters degree in Product Design Engineering, Cat was particularly interested in the
technology used for extracting energy from Marine Currents. Additionally, her experience working
in IT consultancy led her to become heavily involved in the web development.

Robin Murray
Robin studied Computing Science at the Univerity of Glasgow and graduated in
2000. Since then, he worked as a programmer, web designer and launched a
wireless marketing company in Scotland. He is now interested in furthering his
career in the Marine Energy field.

Neil Sullivan
After graduating in 2000 with an honours degree in Chemical Engineering Neil was
employed as a process engineer in the Pharmaceutical industry for four years. He was
particularly interested in the environmental and
policy aspects of Marine Current Energy.
