Francis has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Thermofluids and Energy Systems. He also worked in Ghana for a year as a Teaching/Research Assistant, so he was perfectly qualified for carrying out a detailed analysis of technology performance.

With an undergraduate Masters degree in Product Design Engineering, Cat was particularly interested in the technology used for extracting energy from Marine Currents. Additionally, her experience working in IT consultancy led her to become heavily involved in the web development.

Robin studied Computing Science at the Univerity of Glasgow and graduated in 2000. Since then, he worked as a programmer, web designer and launched a wireless marketing company in Scotland. He is now interested in furthering his career in the Marine Energy field.
