XFOIL

XFOIL is an open source two dimensional panel code for analysis and design of aerofoil profiles. The program was developed by Mark Drela at MIT and the current version is 6.97. It allows the user to input a set of aerofoil coordinates and for a series of angles of attack it can calculate the corresponding lift and drag coefficients.

XFLR5 is a more user friendly version of XFOIL with a graphical user interface. It is also open source.
