In this section we present all low carbon technologies which have been considered in the 2050 supply scenarios.  Additionally,  a storage systems overview is also presented,  being storage a key factor in scenarios with high renewable technologies penetration. 
Finally a broad summary of the environmental implications for each of the low carbon technologies is included.
