Alvaro took part in Erasmus exchange programme at University of Strathclyde (2009-2010) and followed the last year of BEng in Chemical Engineering. He graduated in 2010 and decided to stay in Glasgow studying his current MSc of Renewable Energy Systems and the Environment due to his strong interest and passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

Setta has worked in the detail design supervision of electrical equipment, electrical design instrumentation and control work in power plant. Prior to the Renewables course he was electrical engineer at AUSTRIAN ENERGY and ENVIRONMENT (THAILAND) LTD.
