SIHEEBEP is the title of the project and stands for Study of the Impact of Home Entertainment Equipment on Building Energy Performance.
The project was split up in six different stages:
- Measurements: Where some necessary measurements were carried out in order to get accurate values for later simulations.
- Calculations: In which heat gains were calculated from the previous measurement values.
- The model: Shows the characteristics of the dwelling used in the simulations, a mid floor flat.
- Demand profiles: Explains the three situations under analysis, the usage patterns of the devices, the electrical demand profiles and the overall casual gains regimes.
- Simulations: Details the procedure followed in the simulations.
- Results: Summarizes the main outcomes from the simulations
