2. EXPERIMENTAL ARRANGEMENT

The experiment was conducted in the university's environmental chamber. A gantry of spotlights was fired to the roof (see Figure 1) of the chamber. The intensity of these lights could be changed, mimicking changes of solar irradiation. A BP 585 module (85 W @ STC) was placed approximately 1.5 m underneath the gantry. Thermocouples were attached to the top and underside of the panel. A data logger monitored the information coming from all sensors in the chamber. An ETSI sensor measured the intensity of the irradiance coming from the spotlight gantry.
