Project ManagementWeekly MeetingsThroughout this project, notes were taken from each of our formal Monday meetings. The files below are the actual typed notes distributed to the team from each of these meetings. They give a fascinating insight into how this project progressed and evolved over the 12 weeks. Forward PlanningThe need to plan ahead can not be emphasised enough. In order for our project to produce a substantial amount of qualitative information, we could not afford to either rush ahead without proper direction or, as our project was only 12 weeks long, get bogged down in unnecessary details. It was important that as a team we knew what was expected from each member and that together we were all working towards the same objectives. We therefore spent time preparing a project plan.
