Forward Planning

The need to plan ahead can not be emphasised enough. In order for our project to produce a substantial amount of qualitative information, we could not afford to either rush ahead without proper direction or, as our project was only 12 weeks long, get bogged down in unnecessary details. It was important that as a team we knew what was expected from each member and that together we were all working towards the same objectives.
