Efficient use of the ESP-r Project Manager when defining models for simulation.

Instructions

1. List the files from one of the training directories.

Examine directory /usr/esru/esp-r/training. Compare the files located there with those reported in project folders and files->files associated with a zone status under the Zones in the Project Manager.

The file contents are most efficiently viewed by generating a QA report for the model. Open up one of your own models in the Project Manager use the browse/edit/simulate->reporting->QA report option to extract the details of a model and compare these with the raw contents of the model files.

2. Look at the available program modules.

Look in directory /usr/esru/esp-r/bin. The on-line tutorial outlines the operation of each program module. Each module has its own in-built help facilities.
