Richard Lane
Richard's background is in electronic and electrical engineering, though before taking the Renewable Energy MSc he had most recently been working in web development for several years. He is a veteran climate change campaigner, having also previously worked for the Green Party of England and Wales, and is an active musician.
Dominic McMahon
Dominic gained his MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde but decided to divert his focus onto renewable energy systems before embarking on his career. He is an avid football fan who is most at home when cycling or hiking amongst nature.
Shannon Murray
Shannon previously studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. However, she decided to ditch the fossil fuels to learn more about renewable energies and chose to study an MSc in Renewable Energy Systems. She loves cups of tea and eating way too much chocolate.
Eliska Sifnerova
Eliska has a background in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. After finishing her first degree she came directly to study the Renewable Energy MSc. She is an active member of the Ultimate Frisbee club in Glasgow as well as enjoying a good cup of tea and board games.
Eleftheria Vavoura
Eleftheria has studied Mechanical Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She chose to do a MSc in Renewable Energy Systems in order to learn more about renewable energy, but also developed an interest in district and neighbourhood scale energy systems in the process. In her free time she loves to draw, and explore nature and museums.
