This multi-disciplinary course is broken into three segments. The first semester is concerned with lectures on core subjects which include Energy Resources and Policy, Energy Systems (analysis & management), Power Generation and Supply and finally Environment Modelling and Monitoring. The second component of the course is a team project. As a team we looked into energy conscious building design. The final part of the M.Sc. course is an individual thesis.

This course included Fluid Mechanics and Gas Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Maths, Physics, Introductory Computer Science, Basic Mechanics of Solids & Structures, Internal Combustion Engines and HVAC principles. My final year's individual thesis was on remote control valves mainly used on fluid mechanics installations.
