This week has been very productive. We have continued with our software tool and we managed to locate a database with the embodied energy of some materials. The integration of this database gave us the first "real" results, since so far we were experimenting with imaginary data.

We also got an interview from Pat Hoy, Estates Manager at the University of Strathclyde.

This week's field trip was more than fascinating as we visited the Longannet Power Station at Fife. It was the first time we have been actually to a power station and we have an interesting talk with one from the staff who was kind enough to explain to us almost everything that we asked.
