CURRICULUM VITAE

My name is Spyridon Tsiogkas and I was born in Greece on the 18^th of February 1970. My address in Greece is 10 Gortynias Street, Glyfada, Athens, 16561. My term address in Glasgow is Andrew Ure Hall, Flat C-2, 1-4 Parsonage Row, High Street, G1 1PU.

I am now undertaking an MSc course in Energy Systems and the Environment at the University of Strathclyde. My first degree was obtained at State College of Teachers Technologist Engineers in Athens, as Teacher Technologist Mechanical Engineer. My final year project was titled " Study for Lightning Protection in Buildings ".

I have worked as an instructor at Safety-Labor Hygiene & Fire Protection, at the Vocational Training Institution of Argyroupoli. I have also worked as a trainee at the Hellenic Telecommunication Organisation in the Air-conditioning Department.

I have gained good knowledge of Word '97, Excel '97 and Powerpoint '97 for Windows. I also have a fair knowledge of Unix systems.

I have good knowledge of English. I have always had a keen interest in cinema and media in general. I enjoy travelling, reading and participating in sports.
