We all think that it has been a fascinating experience to work together for this project. We gained things very important for our future. First of all, we managed to co-operate, in order to accomplish our target. It was not easy all the times, since many interesting opinions were put forward. Even exactly opposite options were available. But we managed to overcome these problems simply by listening and not hearing to each others point of view. And of course, compromise when necessary.

We learned to keep our time limits. This was done by effective time management, and dedication to our final goal. Even if someone had a problem with the limits set, the others would help to keep to the time line.

Our presentation skills were improved dramatically. The once scared team is now confident of what they have achieved and that their hard work should be awarded. We have faced a lot of challenges since this project dealt with something innovative. We were asked many questions. And yet we always managed to make it.

Yet our ultimate experience is that we managed to create something from scratch. There was nothing relevant with what we dealt with. No books, no internet resources, almost nothing. As you see, everything is under research. But we did manage to locate some experts from around the world. We were frustrated sometimes. But there was always someone to lift the spirits high. The problems were many. Maybe more than a conventional project. But we made it. And we are pleased of what we did.
