Words of Wisdom

These words are for future groups doing this same topic on transmission of renewable energy.

• Don't jump to conclusions!!!!
• Plan each step of your project, keep good records, and if possible take a dictaphone to meetings.
• Delegate tasks from early on. Team work is much more effective if each member of the team has something to do which they can call their own but for the betterment of the team.
• Try to have fun in the project. This might be a bit much to expect with weekly crits but they are for your own good........
• Don't become too demoralised. Things will get better........hopefully.
• Be confident!!! Lack of confidence is a killer.
• If you've given 100% of your effort then you can't be asked for anything more.
