Delegation

This is a breakdown of what each member of the team contributed to our overall effort. We were not working seperately on each of our assigned tasks. The team member assigned a certain task was responsible for the final output of the task but helped by the others.

Mariangeles - "The Web Master" and overall group organiser. Maria has this uncanny knack for keeping things ordered from counting the staples in the stapler to keeping track of everything we do(well....not really). It was very reassuring to say "Where's my output file?" and Maria will say "You just threw it in the bin!!"

Azza - "The Simulator" Azza was put in charge of gathering simulation results because she really enjoys computing after working with computers for 7 years. She really loves computer systems and hopes to write a thesis with a high simulation content. She also likes decimal places so this definitely was the niche for her.

Shiraz - "The Toolman" Shiraz loves anything technical so he was put in charge of all the technical aspects of the project. His first love is wind turbines so he was especially keen.......a bit too keen. He was also the voice of reason and usually made the right decision when faced with a crisis. He's now "drained" and can't perform anymore.

Shazz - "Take me to your leader" Shazz doesn't get phased by anything maybe because of his laid back nature. Shazz designed the framework for REIS and with much help from the other members eventually got it finished. REIS is nowhere near as comprehensive as "some simulation packages" but it is elegant and simple to use.

We make a good team....don't you think??
