effort required by the group members to make such groups function
effectively". James 2006.

Nationality: German
Academic Background: I
have studied Energy Engineering with Management for two years at the
University of Applied Science in Leipzig (Germany). In 2003 I moved to
Scotland to continue my studies where I have graduated with a BSc in

sustainable development issues, energy conscious building design and
integration of renewable technologies. That's why I am planning to work
in the field of energy and environmental consultancy in Scotland.
"The longer
our team worked on the project the more I personally enjoyed it, since
our results started to show that there are many feasible ways in which
construction companies can contribute towards a more sustainable future.
Working in this team has taught me the importance of communicating
significant findings effectively as well as to have an open mind for
even exceptional ideas".

"It
has been an interesting experience to work in an international

in a group is the need of a common understanding. And success can be
achieved by knowing and capitalizing on each other’s strength".
