		Group Working:

"It is stimulating and interesting to work with such a
diverse range of group mates. The social, national and engineering
background mix in a multi disciplinary group is well worth the extra
effort required by the group members to make such groups function
		effectively". James 2006.   |

		Academic Background:
I have graduated from the University of
Burgos (2002) in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) with specialisation in the
		Management area. I have also
		got a degree in
Agronomist Engineering (BSc) from the University of Vigo (1995). I have got a
2005/06 Scottish Scholarship to undertake this MSc course.    Professional
		Background: After graduating
as Mechanical Engineer, I have worked as a
Consultant Engineer for three years with involvement in  Environmental
Projects and the development of an ERP tool (software for the management of
		the company).    Professional
		Aim: My professional aim is
to work in a company dealing with energy issues where I could develop my
technical and management skills in an international and challenging
environment, as I consider myself an interdisciplinary worker,
easy learning and very self motivated.
		"Some topics can be
learned on lectures  but others just can be learned
from people. During this group project, I have gained
the experience of working in an international environment and I have
learned many important lessons from my group mates such as technical
knowledge and interpersonal skills. At this final point, I have to say
that I am really happy with our group performance".

integration of renewable technologies. That's why I am planning to work
in the field of energy and environmental consultancy in Scotland.
							"The longer
our team worked on the project the more I personally enjoyed it, since
our results started to show that there are many feasible ways in which
construction companies can contribute towards a more sustainable future.
Working in this team has taught me the importance of communicating
significant findings effectively as well as to have an open mind for
		even exceptional ideas".
