This software programme has been developed by Dr. Mat Santamouris at the University of Athens, with support from the Commission of the European Communities(CEC). It remains under the ownership of the author, and is distributed for the ZEPHYR competition by the University College Dublin, under a special agreement with the CEC and the author. NORMA is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
