The new baseline is obtained from these results. It could be seen that the results for the 4-5 March turn aside from the new baseline. That is probably due to intensive solar radiation.
The most important result from the heat balance is that the savings are 21.1% , what is due to window weatherisation.
The hourly electricity consumption varies from 150 to 450 MWh and covers all the three tariff zones.
Evaluation of the real effect
Heating side savings are due to window weatherisation. The savings of 21.1% measured on the heating side are equal to 18.94% on the fuel side considering that heating and DHW represent 72% of the total heat balance.
Boiler side savings are calculated in connection with the implementation of four steam traps and steam pressure reduction valve.
Electricity side savings - the monetary savings are due to the readings from the three tariff meter.
The total savings shown in Table 4 give Simple Payback of 2.31 seasons( years) for the total investment which includes the prices and the implementation costs of all the measures.
