Eaglesham Electricity Data

Electricity Consumption records were not available for The Village of Eaglesham.
The method used to estimate the electricity demand is based on information collected from the Electricity Regional Companies

The Standard Load Profiles below illustrate the average weekday demand per customer in kW for a typical day in Winter. A similar graph exists for the Summer period.

Eaglesham is a residential area including 1451 houses (i.e. Unrestricted Domestic Users), 12 shops and 2 pubs (i.e. Unrestricted Non-Domestic Users), 1 garage (i.e. a Non-Domestic User with a maximum demand of 20% of the Load factor) and 1 school (i.e. a Non-Domestic User with a maximum demand of 10 to 30% of the Load factor).

The daily electricity consumption can be directly obtained from the sum of all specified average demands.

Also, a Scottish Weather Factor of 25%. was assumed to scale up the total power consumption.

The Electricity Average Daily Profile used in the feasibility study for the Eaglesham Village is as shown below.
